By using OTIS Transport & Logistics, you agree to the booking, charter, logistics, and account rules described on this page. Please review these terms before submitting a booking or tracking request.
Bookings and payments
Seats are only held for the configured booking window while payment is completed. Trip schedules, bus allocation, and fares may change when operations require it. Successful payment confirms your booking and issues a boarding pass.
Charters and logistics
Charter requests and parcel bookings are subject to operational review, availability, and route coverage. OTIS may require extra information before approving or dispatching a request.
