How OTIS handles your data

Information we collect

We collect the details you submit directly, including your name, phone number, email address, booking reference, parcel tracking number, delivery address, and trip selection. For bookings, we also collect traveler names, seat numbers, takeoff terminals, next-of-kin details, and payment references. For logistics orders, we collect sender details, receiver details, pickup and delivery terminals, parcel category, weight, and tracking information. We also record limited technical information such as IP address, session details, and user agent for security and diagnostics.

How we use information

• Process ticket bookings, charter requests, and parcel deliveries.
• Issue boarding passes, payment confirmations, and logistics tracking updates.
• Contact passengers or next of kin where service, check-in, or incident handling requires it.
• Respond to customer support requests and feedback.
• Detect fraud, support audits, and improve service operations.

Sharing and retention

We only share your information with staff and service providers who need it to fulfil your booking, payment, logistics, or support request. Records may be retained for operational, accounting, legal, and audit purposes. OTIS keeps booking, traveler, payment, and logistics history only for as long as needed to serve the customer, complete the trip or delivery, meet statutory obligations, and investigate disputes.

NDPR-conscious handling

We try to minimise access to sensitive traveler and logistics information. Customer details, traveler records, payment references, and next-of-kin information are available only to authorised OTIS staff and approved service providers who need the information to operate the service.
